What the Service Includes
Authority confirmed first
We review the security documents and instructions before attending.
Peaceful recovery
Recovery is carried out without confrontation. If a recovery cannot proceed peacefully, we stop, document it and report back to the client.
Immobilization where authorized
Wheel-clamp immobilization of a vehicle where the client's authority and the law permit it.
Condition reports and photographs
The asset's condition, contents and location are recorded and photographed at the time of recovery.
Personal property
Personal items found in a recovered vehicle are inventoried and handled according to the client's instructions and legal requirements.
Transport and storage
Items are taken to a storage location arranged by the client, and storage terms are set by the client.
Reporting
Status updates throughout and a closing report.
Recovery Without Escalation
Repossession is often stressful for the person involved. Our staff identify themselves, explain who they represent and what is happening, and give the person an opportunity to remove personal belongings where appropriate. Our priority is a safe, documented outcome that protects both the client and the individual.
