How We Work
Documented
We record every file: attempts, times, locations, photographs where appropriate, and signed affidavits or reports.
Compliant
We act only within the authority of the order, agreement or legislation that applies to the file, and we confirm that authority before we attend.
Professional conduct
Identified, uniformed personnel explain who they are, who they represent and what is happening.
De-escalation
Enforcement often reaches people on a difficult day. Our staff are trained to lower tension, give people time where the order allows, and withdraw and report if a situation becomes unsafe. Where there is a risk to safety, police may be contacted.
Clear Records for Every File
Clients receive status updates as the file progresses and a written record when it closes. Our records can support later steps, including court filings, hearings or disputes. Files are managed in ServeManager.
